Honoring David: Celebrating 40 Years of Dedicated Service

On Sunday, June 16, the congregation gathered to honor David and celebrate his 40 years of service to the church. While David started as choirmaster and organist, he has taken on many additional roles since.

David continues in his original duties and also serves as our business manager, bookkeeper, facilities manager, rental agent, and office machine repairman! David is an extremely talented musician. We are blessed to enjoy his powerful playing every Sunday. David cares for the organ as well. What a relief it was when the church was struck by lightning and the organ was a burned-out mess; David repaired it.

Our gratitude knows no bounds for you, David. We thank God every day for David's presence among us.
