Grant Press Release

One Symphony Circle, Inc., has received a grant funded in part by the Save America’s Treasures grant program, through the Historic Preservation Fund, as administered by the National Park Service, Department of the Interior The grant will be used to continue restoration of E. B. Green’s landmark building First Presbyterian Church on Symphony Circle. Specifically, it will finish the restoration of the main tower, replace the terra cotta finial at the top of the tower, restore the terra cotta tiles on the small tower, and replace the slate roof.

The grant has been matched by generous donations from the Butler Foundation, the Margaret Wendt Foundation, the Baird Foundation and donations to OSC’s annual appeal.
